This video is not one of my proven recipes, but it is a sausage I have wanted to try and make for a long time. It is the Roast Beef Sausage (or first attempt at it). I wanted to get the Roast Beef Dinner into a sausage.
After sharing this with a few friends and family the conclusion is. The flavor is really good but the sausage casings is tough. Some people didn’t mind the texture which I though was a bit too crumbly but overall they really like the flavor.
